 In contrast to the actor Daniel Day-Lewis, who can use "Sir" before his name after receiving a similar award for his hard work in the drama, Angelina Jolie can not use the title "warrior woman" or "dame" in front of his name because he was not a British citizen or the United Kingdom.
Another American leaders who have received this award include director Steven Spielberg, Microsoft founder Bill Gates and former President Ronald Reagan.
 Angelina Jolie this week was in the UK to host summit on sexual violence.
 Grace was given the honor of the British Empire but the recipients were selected by a committee nominated by the government and citizens.
